(2) Prof. D. T. Lakdawala

Prof. D. T. Lakdawala was a noted Indian economist. His contributions in the area of poverty measurement continue to be relevant today. He also served as Deputy Chairman of Planning Commission.

(3)  Prof. I. G. Patel

 Prof. Dr. I. G. Patel was fourteenth Governor of Reserve Bank of India. He was former Director of London School of Economics. He was also former Director of I I M.

Prof. V. N. Kothari is a well known economist of India. Professor and Head, Department of Economics, M. S. University, Vadodara. 

(5)   Dr. Y. K. Alagh(2005 to 2011)

Dr. Y. K. Alagh is a well known economist and Policy Maker of India. He is former union Minister of Government of India. He is former vice chancellor of J. N. U. and Central University. He is also  ex. member of Planing Commission and ex. chairman of Agriculture Cost and Prices Commission of India.

(6)   Prof. Rohit Shukla(Since 2011)

Dr. Rohit Shukla was selected as a National Scholar by the Government of India and Austria for studies in the Vienna University, (1966). He Worked as a Prof. of Economics, Sardar Patel Institute of Economic and Social Research, Ahmedabad for 27 years. His total teaching and research experience is over 54 years. Currently the President, Save Education, Gujarat Unit and “Drushti Foundation” which Publishes “Abhidrushti”, a Journal for College and University Teachers. Prof. Rohit Shukla is Former Professor of Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad.
